If you haven’t already guessed from my abundance of autumnal themed posts, Autumn / Winter is definitely my favourite time of the year. Living in Scotland, I feel like we sort of get a bit of a bum deal when it comes to summer. Every year we buy sandals and sundresses in hopes of a few toasty days – or maybe even a week of ‘em. However, realistically those sunny days are very few and far between. Don’t get me wrong, Glasgow is my favourite place in the whole world. However, I can’t help but feel that when it comes to summer trends, they are something that we can never fully embrace (no matter how much we would love to).
So, as you can imagine the phrase Autumn / Winter Fashion is music to my ears at this time of year. Finally, a season filled with trends and pieces that I can actually wear here in chilly, rainy Scotland, woo! There’s just something about this time of year, from oversized scarves to berry lips and dark colour palettes. Not to mention the cold crisp nights and tcinnamon scented… everything. I am super excited to see what trends will be popping up over the next few months. In fact, I have already been eyeing up a few pieces that I plan on adding to my wardrobe. Today I thought I would share a little “transitional fashion edit” filled with pieces that I have been eyeing up over the past few weeks!
